Photo & Video Release

During the retreat, we may take photos or short videos to document the experience, capture the creative process, and share the spirit of the retreat with future participants.

By attending, you agree that images or footage you appear in may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, newsletters, or future retreat materials.

We will never tag, identify, or single out participants without consent. If you're uncomfortable being photographed or included in videos, just let us know — we’ll respect your preferences fully and without question.

If you'd prefer not to be photographed, we’ll make a quiet note and be mindful during any group documentation.

You always come first. This retreat is about your comfort, creativity, and experience — and that includes your privacy.
