Health, Safety & Expectations

This retreat is designed to be supportive, spacious, and rejuvenating. To help ensure the experience runs smoothly for everyone, here are a few simple expectations and policies to keep in mind as you plan your trip.

Emergency Contact

We ask that each participant provide an emergency contact name and phone number at registration. This is standard practice and helps us support you in case of illness or unexpected events.

Medications & Allergies

If you have food or medication allergies, or take medications that require special care (such as refrigeration), please let us know in advance. While we can’t offer medical supervision, we’ll do our best to help you manage your needs comfortably during the retreat.

Physical Activity & Mobility

This retreat includes walking on uneven surfaces, time outdoors, and light physical activity (such as movement sessions, optional beach walks, or getting on and off a small boat). Bike rentals may also be available at your own expense.

If you have mobility concerns, please reach out — we’re happy to talk through logistics and do our best to support your comfort and access.

Respect for the Villa

Our villa is privately rented for our group. Please treat the space, furnishings, and grounds with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by neglect or misuse.

Illness or COVID Policy

If you are feeling unwell or test positive for a contagious illness before the retreat, please do not travel. Contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed after December 1, 2025, we will do our best to fill your spot from the waitlist if one exists.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers illness, cancellation, and interruption.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these guidelines.

If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility, health, or anything else — please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
