Before making a deposit, please take a moment to review your payment options.

You may pay your $500 non-refundable deposit directly through this website by adding it to your cart, selecting your preferred room tier, and completing checkout with a credit card. Please note that standard credit card processing fees will be applied to your finalized invoice.

We’re also happy to accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check. If you’d prefer one of these methods, just send us an email and we’ll provide the instructions to complete your deposit directly.

Once your deposit is received, we’ll follow up with an invoice for the remaining balance, along with payment plan options and a brief form to gather your room preferences, dietary needs, creative background, and anything else you’d like to share.

The remaining balance is due by January 16, 2026.

This retreat is for adults with any level of experience. If you're just starting out, you'll get guidance that helps you build skill and confidence. If you've been painting for a while, you'll find fresh direction and personal support.
